Archiving of inactive accounts

Real and Demo trading accounts are archived after a predetermined period of inactivity. Please note, that archived accounts will be deleted and can not be used to trade.

Accounts archiving rules

MT4
Real Demo
  • No trading activity on the account during 90 days*
  • No open trades
  • Account balance 0 (zero) or less
  • No login to the accounts during 45 days
MT5
Real Demo
  • No trading activity on the account during 60 days*
  • No open trades
  • Account balance 0 (zero) or less
  • No trading activity on the account during 14 days*
  • No open trades

*Trading activity will be considered one of the actions: opening, closing, modifying of any position or pending order.

Commissions and charges related to inactive accounts

In the event of no trading activity occurring within a user's trading accounts over an extended period, the Company reserves the right to initiate charging commissions for servicing (Client Agreement p. 4.11).
