Everything about Reports section in Partner Area

Client list report

The Client list report lets you search every attracted client linked to your account. You can view information such as their client ID, country, account type, the date they registered, total trading volume, total profit received from attracted clients.

Filters:

  • Client country: To filter data in the table by client's country. It is possible to select several countries. By default, all countries are shown.
  • Client ID: To filter data in the table by client's user ID number. It’s possible to select several clients. By default, all accounts are shown.
  • Client account: To filter data in the table by client's trading account. It is possible to select several trading accounts; by default, all trading accounts are shown.
  • Client account type: To filter data in the table by account type. It is possible to select several account types. By default, all account types are shown.
  • Account registration period: To filter the data in the table by the date of account registration.
  • Last trading period: To filter data in the table by date of the last trading activity of the attracted client.
  • Comment: you can create a comment for an attracted client by clicking on this column in the results; which can then also be filtered in results.

Click Apply for the results to be shown, and click Reset to remove all particulars set.

The client’s list presents your current total for clients, clients’ accounts, trading volume (in lots), trading volume (in millions USD), and profit (in USD).

Information:

  • Client ID: shows the client's user ID number.
  • Client account: shows the client’s trading account number.
  • Volume lots/mln: shows the total volume traded by the client on this account in lots or mln USD; clicking on it switches between these two values. Lots are shown by default.
  • Profit: shows the total partner commission received from the client's account (USD).
  • Account type: shows the account type of the client's account.
  • Account registration date: shows the date of client's account creation.
  • Client country: shows the client’s country of registration.
  • Balance: shows the current balance in USD on the client's account.
  • Last trading date: this is the date of the last trading activity of the attracted client.
  • Show payments: this redirects to the Reward history section filtered by the chosen client's trading account.

Each column can be sorted by clicking on the header title of that column. Trading volume can be displayed either in lots or USD as millions.

Reward History report

Your partner account's history of reward payouts, including profit in USD, trading volume in lots, and trading volume in mln. USD within the selected period, is displayed in the reward history report.

  • Payment date: To filter the data in the table by the date the partner commission was paid. Select 2 dates, which will filter the results by the time frame defined; only present and past dates can be selected.
  • Client country: To filter data in the table by client's country. It is possible to select several countries. By default, all countries are shown.
  • Client ID: To filter data in the table by client's user ID number. It’s possible to select several clients. By default, all accounts are shown.
  • Client account: To filter data in the table by client's trading account. It is possible to select several trading accounts; by default, all trading accounts are shown.
  • Client account type: To filter data in the table by account type. It is possible to select several account types. By default, all account types are shown.

Click Apply for the results to be shown, and click Reset to remove all particulars set.

The reward history presents your current total profit (in USD), trading volume (in lots), and trading volume (in millions USD).

  • Payment date: the date when partner commission was paid.
  • Client country: shows the client’s country of registration.
  • Client ID: shows the client's user ID number.
  • Client account: shows the trading account number of the client rewarded.
  • Client account type: this is the trading account type of the attracted client.
  • Volume: shows the volume traded by the client on the date shown in the payment date column.
  • Profit: shows the partner commission received from the client on the date shown in the payment date column.
  • Show transactions: this redirects to the Client transactions section filtered by the chosen client's trading account.

Client transactions report

A detailed breakdown of trading activity by attracted clients. This report displays information regarding all the closed positions from all signed-up clients. You can view the date of order, instrument type, trading volume, and profit made.

  • Client's account: To filter data in the table by client's trading account. It is possible to select several trading accounts; by default, all trading accounts are shown.
  • Payment date: To filter the data in the table by the date the partner commission was paid. Select 2 dates, which will filter the results by the time frame defined; only present and past dates can be selected.

Click Apply for the results to be shown, and click Reset to remove all particulars set.

Client transactions present current total profit (in USD), trading volume (in lots), trading volume (in millions USD), and total number of transactions.

  • Client account: shows the trading account number of the client rewarded.
  • Close time: The date and time the trade was closed by the client.
  • Instrument: Trading instrument of the trade.
  • Volume: shows the volume traded by the client.
  • Profit: shows the partner commission received from the client.

Each column can be sorted by clicking on the header title of that column. Trading volume can be displayed either in lots or USD as millions.

Transactions pending payment report

Here you can see all currently pending transactions made by your attracted clients. Rewards from these transactions will be paid to you within 24 hours.

  • Client's account: To filter data in the table by client's trading account. It is possible to select several trading accounts; by default, all trading accounts are shown; note that a referred client may have more than one trading account.

Click Apply for the results to be shown, and click Reset to remove all particulars set.

  • Pending transactions count: the number of pending transactions that will be paid the next day.
  • Volume: shows the volume traded by the client.
  • Profit: shows the partner commission you will receive from the client after payment.
