Exploring the rebates area

The rebates area contains the functions and features required to manage the rebate system for all partners in the Introducing Brokers program.

To find the rebates area:

  1. Log in to your Back Office
  2. Go to Partnership section
  3. Select Rebates from the menu

The rebates area is divided into 2 sections:

  • Client list
  • Rebates history

Client list

The Client list section shows a list of all clients accounts and includes tools to assign rebates to them.

Here you can find:

  • Total clients: This shows the total number of clients under IB account.
  • Total clients accounts: This shows the total number of clients trading accounts under IB account.
  • Accounts with assigned rebates: This shows you the number of clients trading accounts under IB account with assigned rebates.
  • Profit: shows the total partner commission received from the clients accounts (USD).
  • Rebates paid: shows the total rebate paid to clients (USD).

Filters:

  • Client ID: To filter data in the table by client's user ID number. It’s possible to select several clients. By default, all accounts are shown.
  • Client's account: To filter data in the table by client's trading account. It is possible to select several trading accounts; by default, all trading accounts are shown.
  • Client account type: To filter data in the table by account type. It is possible to select several account types. By default, all account types are shown.
  • Account registration period: To filter the data in the table by the date of account registration.
  • Client country: To filter data in the table by client's country. It is possible to select several countries. By default, all countries are shown.

You can set multiple different filters at once; click Apply to apply the filter or Reset to remove all filters.

  • Client ID: shows the client's user ID number.
  • Client account: shows the client’s trading account number.
  • Rebate %: shows the rebate rate set for the client's account.
  • Volume: shows the total volume traded by the client on this account in lots or mln USD; clicking on it switches between these two values. Lots are shown by default.
  • Profit: shows the total partner commission received from the client's account (USD).
  • Rebate: shows the total rebate paid to the client (USD).
  • Account type: shows the account type of the client's account.
  • Account registration date: shows the date of client's account creation.
  • Client country: shows the client’s country of registration.
  • See rebates history: this redirects to the Rebates history section filtered by the chosen client's trading account.

The Rebate history section provides all historical data on paid rebates to your clients

  • Profit: the total amount of commission received from clients in USD in the selected period.
  • Rebates paid: the total amount of rebate paid in USD in the selected period;

Filters:

  • Payment period: To filter the data in the table by the date the rebates were paid. Select 2 dates, which will filter the results by the time frame defined; only present and past dates can be selected.
  • Client account: To filter by a client trading account or multiple trading accounts.
  • Client ID: To filter data in the table by client's user ID number or multiple Client IDs.

  • Payment date: shows the date when rebate status changed to status Paid.
  • Rebate %: shows the rebate rate set for the client account.
  • Client account: shows the client's trading account number.
  • Volume: shows the volume traded by the client in lots or mln. USD. Lots are shown by default.
  • Profit: shows the commission received from the clients account.
  • Rebate: shows the IB rebate paid to the client on the date shown in the payment date column (USD).
  • Status: shows the current status of the given rebate, including Processing, Paid, Error.
