What is a partner code?

Partner code is an alphanumeric code at the end of your Partner link. Partners can use it to attract clients, similar to the Partner Link. Clients can enter it in the field “Partner code (optional)” on the Registration page when creating their Back Office under a certain partner.

Finding your partner code

The partner code can be found on the Dashboard page in the Partner area in Back Office.

Registration using a partner code

When clients click on a partner link to register their Back Office with JustMarkets, they can enter the partner code to validate the partnership. This, however, is optional, the client can continue to register without entering the partner code. If the partner code is kept blank, the Back Office will be registered under the partner whose partner link was used.

Note:

  • The field is optional, so clients can choose to leave it blank.
  • If the invalid partner code is entered, the system will show an error message. Clients can skip the code and register without it.

Using a partner link and partner code belonging to two different partners

If a client clicks on a partner link to go to the JustMarkets website to register, entering the partner code of a different partner on the registration form - the Back Office will be registered under the partner whose partner code was entered. If the partner code is kept blank, the Back Office will be registered under the partner whose partner link was used.
